Patch Testing:Ā When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. For serums and creams, apply a small amount of the product on dry cleansed skin behind the ear or on your inner arm. Wait at least 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Introduce new products slowly, and one at a time, so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation.

- Return your items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. Please ensure your return is securely packed.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-14 working days. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including both original and return shipping costs.
