Presently we ship to the following countries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 -48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday, we’ll process it the following business day.
Depending on your country and location, your order should arrive within 2-15 business days of the time your order is processed, using our standard tracked shipping methods. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse via the following methods:
New Zealand parcels are trackable and sent by Post Haste.
Australia parcels are dispatched from New Zealand by air and handled by either Australia Post or Toll Courier Service once in Australia. All orders are trackable.
World Wide parcels are sent via New Zealand Post. 95% of all orders are trackable.

HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay in US, AUS or NZ dollars depending on the location you are shopping in. If shopping in Australia you will pay in $AUS, if shopping in New Zealand you will pay in $NZ, for the rest of the world you will pay in $US.
We accept Mastercard or Visa cards. Credit cards payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions, New Zealand’s largest and most trusted payment provider. Alternatively you can shop using PayPal, the world’s largest and most reliable online payment system.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE?
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value of the sale from your consultant to you, which is generally 30% less than retail. Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, in some countries products may be undeliverable.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
