Like everyone, we're experiencing delays with parcels into Auckland. This is due to COVID-19 restrictions, parcel backlogs and current collection limitations set by NZ Post. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your continued support!

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

 

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 -48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday, we’ll process it the following business day.

Standard shipping (2-5 business days)

All standard shipments are with NZ post or Post Haste depending on your location, and all come with tracking. We will send you an email with your tracking details once we've shipped your order. All orders will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse within 2 business days.

All orders are trackable. World Wide parcels are sent via New Zealand Post.  Please make sure you fill in your correct address and full telephone number to avoid delays in delivery time.

 

 

HOW DO I PAY?

 

You can pay in US, AUS or NZ dollars depending on the location you are shopping in. If shopping in Australia you will pay in $AUS, if shopping in New Zealand you will pay in $NZ, for the rest of the world you will pay in $US.

We accept Mastercard or Visa cards. Credit cards payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions, New Zealand’s largest and most trusted payment provider. Alternatively you can shop using PayPal, the world’s largest and most reliable online payment system.

 

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE?

 

Customs Tariffs:

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

Customs Declaration:

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value of the sale from your consultant to you, which is generally 30% less than retail. Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, in some countries products may be undeliverable.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
