Start by cleansing your face.
Apply the serum to your face and gently tap until it's absorbed.
Begin with using it 1-2 times a week initially.
If you have non-sensitive skin, you can gradually increase usage to 2-3 days a week as your skin tolerates.

Important Tips:
Avoid applying the serum near the eyes. If it gets in, rinse immediately.
Alpha hydroxy acids may cause mild skin irritation, including redness, swelling, itching, and skin discoloration. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
Do not use alpha hydroxy acids on peeling, freshly shaven, or broken skin.

Sun Protection Advice:
This product contains alpha-hydroxy acids, which can make your skin more sensitive to the sun and increase the risk of sunburn.
Follow up with a sunscreen, SPF of 30 or higher.
When outdoors, wear protective clothing and minimize prolonged sun exposure.

Patch Testing: When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. For serums and creams, apply a small amount of the product on dry cleansed skin behind the ear or on your inner arm. Wait at least 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. Processing & Delivery Time:

All orders take 24-48 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-3 working days to deliver in NZ .

Standard AU Shipping orders will take 3-8 days to deliver once shipped. All standard shipments are with NZ Post, and all come with tracking. DHL Express AU Delivery (1-2 days) All orders will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse within 2 business days.

Worldwide shipping is free and DHL Express is available. Timeframes varies from 6- 12 days and an estimated time can be calculated during checkout.
