What is Pal's 60-Day Happiness Guarantee?

We understand that trying new skincare products can be a bit overwhelming, which is why we're here to support you in your journey toward clearer, more radiant skin—and a happier you! That's why we offer a 60-day happiness guarantee with every purchase from Pal’s Skincare range.

If you’re not satisfied with our products within the first 60 days, we’ll make it right or provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Exchange & Return Process:

  1. Email contactus@palsskinlab.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return within 60 days of purchase.
  2. Return your items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. Please ensure your return is securely packed.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-14 working days. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including both original and return shipping costs.

For International Customers:

Duties and taxes imposed by the government in the destination country are not reimbursed by Pal’s Skincare.

Most returns are processed within 5-14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is complete.
