Patch Testing: When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Introduce new products slowly, and one at a time, so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation.

Exchange & Return Process:
- Email contactus@palsskinlab.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return within 60 days of purchase.
- Return your items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. Please ensure your return is securely packed.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-14 working days. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including both original and return shipping costs.
