When to use

Evening only (PM)
Retinol works best overnight, when skin is in repair mode.

How to use

Cleanse your skin and pat dry.
Apply a few drops of the serum and gently press into the skin until absorbed.
Follow with your Replenishing (Hyaluronic) Serum to support hydration and comfort.

How often to start

If you’re new to retinol, start slowly.
Use 2–3 nights per week at first
As your skin adjusts, gradually increase to nightly use if comfortable
This helps minimise dryness or sensitivity.

Sun awareness (important)

Retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun.
Use SPF every morning while using this product
Avoid direct sun exposure where possible
This is standard retinol care and helps protect results.

What to avoid using at the same time

To keep skin calm, avoid layering with strong exfoliating acids on the same night, including:
AHAs (Glycolic, Lactic, Mandelic)
BHAs or blemish treatments
PHA toners

These can be used on alternate nights if part of your routine.
