If you’re not satisfied with our products within the first 60 days, we’ll make it right or provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Exchange & Return Process:
- Email contactus@palsskinlab.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return within 60 days of purchase.
- Return your items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. Please ensure your return is securely packed.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-14 working days. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including both original and return shipping costs.
For International Customers:
Duties and taxes imposed by the government in the destination country are not reimbursed by Pal’s Skincare.
Most returns are processed within 5-14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is complete.
